What our clients say

I worked with Chris for almost 20 years and continued to do so after he established Reality Compliance. During that time, there were countless regulatory changes and new requirements to deal with, but I always knew I had someone I could rely on at the end of the phone.

What I appreciated most was the straightforward approach. If there was an issue, Chris would tell me. If something needed sorting, he would help me sort it. There was never any unnecessary jargon or overcomplication – just honest advice and practical support when I needed it.

Having recently retired, I can look back and say that the support I received over the years gave me confidence and allowed me to focus on looking after my clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reality Compliance to other advisers looking for a compliance partner they can trust.

We have been working with Chris at Reality Compliance for over a year now, and he has been fantastic.

Chris and the team have supported us across a wide range of areas, including a fee increase project, fine-tuning our client agreement, file checking, and, more recently, providing full compliance support as our business continues to grow.

Their guidance is always practical, clear, and tailored to our needs. We have particularly valued the quarterly meetings, which provide useful topical discussions and help us stay on top of key compliance matters.

Reality Compliance has become a trusted partner for our firm, and we would happily recommend Chris and the team to other financial advice businesses looking for knowledgeable, responsive, and commercially minded compliance support.

Our relationship with Chris began in 2006 when the business was much smaller. As our firm has grown significantly over the years, so too have the regulatory challenges and demands placed upon us. Throughout that journey, Reality Compliance has remained a constant source of support and guidance.

What we value most is the accessibility and understanding of our business. We know we can pick up the phone at any time to discuss an issue, seek a second opinion or sense-check a decision. The advice is practical, responsive and delivered with a genuine understanding of how advisory firms operate.

As a larger firm, we have access to a range of compliance resources when required, yet Reality Compliance continues to play an integral role in supporting our business on a day-to-day basis. The longevity of our relationship speaks for itself and we would have no hesitation in recommending Reality Compliance to other firms seeking trusted compliance support.

As a sole adviser, finding the right compliance support was incredibly important to me. I had previously used one of the larger compliance providers and, despite paying significant fees, found the service increasingly impersonal and frustrating. I was looking for someone who understood the realities of running an advisory business and could provide practical support when I needed it.

Chris takes a personal and pragmatic approach. Rather than simply identifying issues, he works alongside me to find solutions, supports me through implementation and is always available to provide guidance and reassurance.

Reality Compliance has given me confidence that my compliance arrangements are robust and proportionate to the needs of my business, allowing me to focus on delivering good outcomes for my clients.
